About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment in Hereford. This is a temporary opportunity offering competitive hourly pay, ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating machinery and production line equipment
Assembling, packing, and labelling products
Performing quality checks to ensure standards are met
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Supporting team members and supervisors as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility with shifts, if required
