We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to support a growing operations team based in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding utilities business offering long term stability and development opportunities.
The Role
As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of day to day operations, with a particular focus on permits and compliance. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure processes are followed efficiently and projects run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and submitting permits in line with project requirements
Liaising with local authorities and relevant bodies
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Supporting the wider operations team with administrative tasks
Ensuring all work is compliant with regulations and deadlines
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is desirable but not essential
Strong IT skills and confidence using systems
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
