You'll oversee all hospitality areas, including the restaurant, coffee shop, soft play, and grab-and-go units, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, strong financial performance, and high operational standards.

Essential

Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in hospitality
Experience managing multiple departments or sites

Experience across both food service and leisure operations
