We are seeking a caring, adaptable and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming early years setting in Ellesmere Port on a part-time, temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly build positive relationships and bring consistency, warmth and energy to the team.

About the Role

Support high-quality provision in line with the EYFS framework
Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
Work alongside teachers to support observations and child development
Encourage early communication, social skills and independence
Uphold safeguarding and wellbeing standards at all timesWhat We're Looking For

A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Sound knowledge of child development and early years practice
Understanding of safeguarding and Teacher Standards
A calm, flexible and nurturing approach
