I am currently looking for a confident, hands‑on Team Leader to join a fresh produce operation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys leading people, and knows how to get the best out of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team within a busy fresh produce environment
Oversee daily operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety
Support planning, harvesting, grading, and packing activities
Maintain high standards of product quality and hygiene
Communicate effectively with management and wider operational teams
What We're Looking For
Proven glasshouse experience - this is essential
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team
Good understanding of fresh produce processes and quality standards
Organised, proactive, and comfortable making decisions under pressure
Reliable, positive, and committed to continuous improvement
