The Role:
Supporting pupils with additional needs in and out of the classroom
Working on a 1:1 and small group basis
Supporting engagement, behaviour, and emotional development
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom routines
Helping to create a positive and structured learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with SEN or additional needs
Background as a:
Teaching Assistant
Support Worker
Care Worker
A calm, patient and consistent approach
Strong relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for supporting young people
