Architectural Technician

Architectural Technician job in Lichfield, Staffordshire, with a growing architecture team working on healthcare and retrofit projects. Role & Responsibilities

Produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD
Prepare technical construction packages
Develop large-scale sectional details
Support healthcare and retrofit projects
Coordinate information with project teamsSkills & Experience Required

5+ years post-qualification UK experience
Strong AutoCAD technical drawing skills
Confident producing complex sectional details
UK building regulations knowledge
ACIAT or MCIAT pathway preferredSalary & Benefits
Salary up to £35,000, with flexibility up to £40,000 for exceptional candidates. Benefits include career progression, MCIAT support, regular social events, and a strong project pipeline.
