An 11-18 secondary school in Liverpool is seeking a Reprographics Assistant to support the day-to-day printing and copying needs of the school. This is a vital behind-the-scenes role, helping teaching and support staff deliver high-quality resources to students.
The Role:
Preparing, printing, copying and collating teaching materials
Managing print requests from staff in a timely and organised manner
Ensuring reprographics equipment is maintained and stocked
Supporting administrative tasks related to document production
Working closely with teaching and support staff across the school
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous reprographics or school-based experience is desirable
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment
Confident using printers, copiers and basic IT systems
Reliable, professional and able to work independently
