Location: The Company is based in Lincoln. The working area is Lincolnshire. Consideration will be given to geographical location when planning work to minimise travel where possible.
Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 per annum (Dependant on experience)
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Due to the nature of the role some flexibility to meet customer demand will be required.
UK Alternative Energy are a renewable energy installer that specialises in Solar PV, Battery Storage. Due to continuing growth we are actively seeking a time served, fully qualified electrician with City and Guilds parts 1 & 2 and experience in the above systems.
The main responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to;
To Install Solar PV & Battery Storage systems on domestic & commercial projects.
Electrical Service, Maintenance, Assessment and Repair of Solar PV, Battery Storage.
To Install Domestic EV Charging Stations
Experience
Experience of renewable energy systems desirable
Minimum of 3 years’ experience
Knowledge of building and electrical regulations
Essential Qualification and Skills
Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Installations - 18th Edition
CSCS Card
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full driving license
Ability to act independently as well as work as part of a team, prioritize work and make intelligent but pragmatic decisions whilst having the judgement to know when to discuss and gain support from management
