About the Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils with a range of special educational needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs)
Work 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce learning
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
Help create a safe, structured and nurturing environment
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar education support role
A patient, empathetic and resilient personality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
