Tradewind Recruitment are proud to be supporting a thriving Secondary School in Salford who are seeking to appoint a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about supporting young people in their educational journey. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting teachers within the classroom, delivering small group interventions, and providing targeted 1:1 support to pupils who require additional guidance.
The School is looking for candidates who:
Have previous experience working in schools and education - applicants without school-based experience cannot be considered
Are confident in supporting students with a variety of needs, including SEND, SEMH and EAL.
Can work collaboratively with teachers to raise attainment, improve engagement, and maintain high standards of behaviour and inclusion.
Are proactive, reliable and able to adapt quickly to the needs of the school.
Hold a Level 3 CACHE/NVQ qualification in Supporting Teaching and LearningOr
Can demonstrate at least 2 years' experience as a Teaching Assistant within Secondary Schools.
