Looking to gain classroom experience or take the next step in your education career? Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Wellingborough. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, offering flexibility alongside valuable school-based experience.
Role Responsibilities
Supervise classes during teacher absences
Ensure students complete the work that has been set
Maintain a calm, focused, and respectful classroom environment
Manage behaviour in line with school policies
Report back to teaching staff on lesson progress and any issues
Ideal Candidate
Has experience working with young people (school-based or otherwise)
Is confident leading a classroom independently
Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
Is reliable, adaptable, and professional
Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
