The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of secondary subjects
Maintain strong classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
Keep students focused, engaged and on task
Follow school policies and procedures confidently
Gain valuable experience across local secondary settings
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with young people in any capacity
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Confidence managing groups of students independently
A flexible, adaptable and professional approach
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
