Role Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Banbury. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, providing a clear path to a permanent contract for the right candidate. You will be responsible for building high-quality food trolleys, working extensively with stainless steel and integrated heating/ventilation systems.
Working Hours & Breaks
Enjoy a balanced week with an early finish every Friday!
* Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
* Friday: 07:00 – 14:00
* Morning Break: 15 minutes (Fully Paid)
* Lunch Break: 30 minutes (Unpaid)
Key Responsibilities
* Mechanical Assembly: Build food service trolleys using stainless steel components.
* Technical Installation: Integrate heating systems and ventilation units.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure every trolley meets strict manufacturing standards.
* Tool Operation: Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

* Experience: Previous experience in assembly or metalwork is preferred.
* Technical Skills: Ability to follow assembly instructions and technical drawings.
