Foreman (Site Compound & Works Oversight)

Manchester (Initial training in Penrith CA10)
PAYE – Competitive rate (DOE)
Start Date: 25th May 2026

We are currently seeking an experienced Foreman to manage the site compound and oversee ongoing works on a major project based in Manchester.

⚠️ Important: The first week will be based in Penrith (CA10) for induction and assessment.

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday
10-hour shifts
Includes 3 weeks of night shifts (due to access restrictions)
Key Responsibilities

Carrying out visual inspections from MEWPs
Supervising trial holes and ground investigations
Overseeing invasive surveys to jack arches
Coordinating subcontractor activities including:

Utilities and services surveys
Electrical tag & trace surveys

Requirements:

Valid CSCS Gold or Black Card
SMSTS Certificate (in date)
Full First Aid Certificate (in date)
Proof of Right to Work in the UK
Willingness to undergo Drug & Alcohol testing prior to start
