An AI-native, fast-scaling research platform is hiring a Founding Insights Strategist to help build out its presence in the UK from the ground up.
This isn’t a typical research role. You’ll sit at the center of client conversations, helping some of the most forward-thinking brands rethink how insights are generated, delivered, and actually used. It’s part strategist, part researcher, part client partner, with real influence on how the product evolves and how the team scales in-region.
If you’ve ever wanted to step out of a traditional agency model and into something more modern, faster, and genuinely shaping the future of qualitative research at scale, this is that move.
What You’ll Do
- Partner directly with clients to help them turn customer feedback into clear, actionable business decisions
- Lead onboarding, training, and enablement so users can quickly adopt and get value from the platform
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify patterns, themes, and opportunities
- Develop insight briefs, dashboards, and presentations that make the findings easy to understand and act on
- Act as a strategic thought partner to clients, helping expand usage across teams and deepen engagement over time
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product, engineering, and commercial leadership to bring the voice of the customer into the business
- Thrive in a fast-moving environment where iteration, experimentation, and strong judgment matter
What They’re Looking For
- Roughly 2 to 5+ years of experience in a client-facing insights, strategy, research, or customer success role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into a compelling story
- Comfort working across both qualitative and quantitative research inputs
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging both senior stakeholders and day-to-day users
- Someone naturally curious, proactive, and focused on delivering a strong client experience
- A person who does well in ambiguity and enjoys building as they go
Why This Role Stands Out
- Founding-level opportunity with real influence over how the insights function grows in EMEA
- High visibility across clients and internal leadership
- Chance to join an AI-forward business that is rethinking how insights work gets done
- Meaningful runway for growth, ownership, and long-term impact
