Your responsibilities as Operations Director

Lead end-to-end operational strategy across logistics, fulfilment, and stock control
Drive post-acquisition integration across systems, teams, and supply chains
Implement scalable systems, automation, and process improvements
Strengthen governance, compliance, and operational risk frameworks
Oversee performance metrics, reporting, and EBITDA-focused improvements
Develop organisational structure and embed clear KPI-driven performance management
