The Role
We’re looking for a creative, driven Social Media Content Producer to join our team, reporting directly to the founders and senior leadership.
This is a fast paced, high output role where you’ll be producing and publishing content daily.
You’ll lead the social presence across all three brands from ideation and filming to editing and posting while working closely with our creative and partnerships teams. You’ll also lead on location shoots, capturing content in real time at events, on the street, and with brand partners. This is not a desk only role. You’ll be out in the world creating content.
What You’ll Do
- Execute the social media strategy across The Gloss, Gloss & Tell, and Guys Guide
- Produce content end to end: ideation, filming, editing, and publishing
- Capture and edit high performing short form content (primarily using iPhone and tools such as CapCut)
- Confidently approach and interview members of the public for street style content
- Lead on location shoots at events, press days, and brand activations
- Deliver content quickly and efficiently, often within tight turnaround times
- Identify emerging trends and turn them into content that performs
- Work closely with brand partners to deliver commercially aligned, platform native content
- Manage community engagement and help grow an active, loyal audience
- Track performance and use insights to continuously improve content output
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing and growing social platforms for a content, lifestyle, or media brand
- A strong instinct for what performs on social you understand hooks, pacing, and audiences
- Confident, outgoing, and sociable
- Comfortable filming, editing, and occasionally appearing in content
- Able to work at pace and manage multiple shoots, edits, and uploads simultaneously
- Strong sense of visual style, tone, and brand voice
- Data driven, with the ability to turn performance insights into better content
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast moving environment
- Experience with tools such as CapCut, Notion, Frame.IO
- Eligible to travel locally and globally as well as attend events when required
- London based / surrounding areas
- A genuine interest in fashion, beauty, fragrance, and culture
