Private Client Solicitor - Up to £55,000 salary - Wirral
A leading firm with a strong reputation for advising high-net-worth individuals is looking to expand its Private Client team with the appointment of a motivated and technically strong Private Client Solicitor. With a well-established and highly regarded department, this is an excellent opportunity to join a practice known for the quality of its work and long-standing client relationships.
The firm advises a sophisticated client base, including high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and trustees. You will be joining a supportive and experienced team, handling a varied and high-quality caseload while working closely with clients, families and trusted professional advisers such as accountants and financial planners.
The Role:
- Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts and Probate
- Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning and succession matters
- Handling the administration of estates from instruction through to completion
- Drafting Wills, Trust documents and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advising on tax planning considerations and estate structuring
- Working closely with financial advisers, accountants and other third parties
- Building strong, long-term client relationships with a sensitive and professional approach
- Supporting senior lawyers on more complex and high-value trust and estate matters
About You:
- Private Client Solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE
- Proven experience managing your own caseload of Private Client matters
- Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Trusts and Probate work
- Experience dealing with complex estates and trust matters desirable
- Confident communicator with strong client care skills
- Commercially aware with good financial acumen
- Experience gained within a high street or regional firm
- Ambitious, driven and keen to progress within a respected Private Client team
