How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

At #TropicanaBrandsGroup we are passionate about nourishing & delighting our consumers, one sip at a time.

Our amazing London Marketing team is looking for a creative, confident, hands-on Summer Marketing Intern to join our team!

You’ll be working closely with our brand, social and ecommerce teams to help deliver exciting innovation, creator content and strengthen our brand storytelling across a variety of touchpoints. It’s an opportunity to work across brand, product, and digital channels, contributing to real projects that shape how we show up to customers.

In this role, you will focus on:

    • Brand Guidelines Refresh: updating our brand guidelines to ensure most recent information is captured
    • Brand Performance Tracking (NPD): working with our data & insights teams to track product performance in market
    • Tracking trends and innovating for new product flavours: working with our R&D, commercial and brand teams to help build a new flavour profile.
    • Leading on UGC content: working with our social agency to sign off creator briefs and content that is inline with our social and marketing priorities
    • Sampling orders: helping our brand and social teams with sampling requests/orders
    • Internal and external event support: getting stuck in and working with our agencies to helping bring to life our events across the brands, through brainstorming and activation
    • Ecomm team support: ensuring our brands show up brilliantly through Brandbank and supporting the team with digital shelf tracking.

1 day a week, you will be immersed in supporting our ecomm execution, which will include ensuring our brands show up brilliantly through Brandbank and supporting the team with digital shelf tracking leading to actions to improve our execution and visibility. A great opportunity to learn about the way brands can be lit up across the ecomm channel!

    The successful candidate will have:

Education: Graduate students, preferably marketing studies.

Skills: Good eye for creativity, adaptable to a fast working environment, good communication, collaborative, organised, comfortable with analysing data. Ideally would have good knowledge of Microsoft (powerpoint/excel/outlook), Canva and social media culture.

Experience: It would be brilliant if you have previously worked within a brand environment or have any experience in the specific listed job roles.

You’ll need to have strong organisation and communication skills, as you’ll be working across multiple brands whilst communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role is based in London United Kingdom and you will need to come to the office 2 days a week.
