Role Overview
We are hiring a Travel Adviser to plan, book, and manage travel for clients across leisure or corporate trips. The role combines deep destination knowledge with operational discipline — making sure every trip happens the way it should.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and book travel itineraries (flights, hotels, transfers, activities) tailored to client needs
- Advise clients on destinations, visas, travel insurance, and trip logistics
- Resolve in-trip issues including delays, cancellations, and rebookings
- Maintain accurate bookings and traveller profiles in GDS and booking platforms
- Build relationships with hotel, airline, and DMC partners
- Meet revenue, attachment, and customer satisfaction targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years in travel advisory, corporate travel, or agency roles
- Familiarity with GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo) is a plus
- Strong destination knowledge across multiple regions
- Excellent written and verbal communication and client service
- Comfort with after-hours support during traveller emergencies
- IATA or equivalent certification is a plus
