Head of Growth (DTC) - London - Salary DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Growth at a high-growth direct-to-consumer brand in the health & wellness space, scaling a single hero product with £100m+ revenue potential. As they enter their next growth phase, they are hiring a Head of Growth to own and build the entire revenue engine.
This is not a channel manager role. This is full-funnel revenue ownership.
You will design, execute, and continuously optimise the full DTC growth system:
Creative → Paid Media → Funnel → Offers → LTV
Working hands-on, you’ll make fast, data-driven decisions that directly impact CAC, payback periods, subscription performance, and revenue scale.
This role will be based 4 days in the office and 1 WFH.
What You’ll Own:
- Paid media strategy (Meta, TikTok, Google)
- Budget allocation and scaling frameworks
- High-velocity creative testing (hooks, angles, UGC, formats)
- Funnel architecture and landing page optimisation
- Offer design (bundles, subscriptions, pricing tests)
- Post-purchase revenue (upsells, cross-sells, retention)
- LTV:CAC improvement and payback acceleration
Ideal Profile:
- Proven DTC operator (wellness/consumer preferred)
- Experience scaling from ~£5m to £20m+ revenue
- Strong creative and performance instincts
- Deep understanding of CAC, contribution margin, and subscription economics
- Hands-on executor, not purely strategic
- Comfortable managing freelancers and specialist partners
