The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the global ecommerce trading strategy
- Lead merchandising planning, assortment strategy, and product lifecycle
- Optimise onsite experience, navigation, and conversion performance
- Use data and insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and operations
- Build and lead a high-performing ecommerce and merchandising team

- Proven experience in a senior ecommerce and merchandising role within fashion, lifestyle, or streetwear
