How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Freelance Midweight Digital Designer — eCommerce & CRM

    (Fashion/Lifestyle Brand)

    📍 Location: London-based, hybrid (1–3 days per week in-office)

📄 Contract: Freelance — ASAP start, ongoing

    💰 Day Rate: £300 per day — Inside IR35

Our client is a globally recognised fashion and lifestyle brand operating across multiple iconic labels within the footwear and apparel space. They're hiring a Freelance Midweight Digital Designer to sit within their EMEA eCommerce team, with a primary focus on CRM, email design and wider digital campaign execution.

This is a multi-brand role — fast-paced, detail-driven and with real scope to influence how world-class brands show up in the inbox and online.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Day-to-day creation of email creative and website assets across multiple brands
    • Designing high-performing, responsive email templates — BAU and campaign
    • Creating Figma designs ready for developer handoff, including responsive and mobile-first builds
    • Supporting A/B testing, personalisation initiatives and connected user experience
    • Working closely with CRM, content, web development and marketing teams
    • QA of web builds to ensure design standards and UX are upheld
    • Feeding into new concepts, brand initiatives and long-term design projects

    What we're looking for:

    • Confident midweight designer or senior with strong CRM and email design experience
    • Highly proficient in Figma — prototyping, responsive design, dev handoff essential
    • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills — Photoshop essential, animation a bonus
    • An eCommerce experience — fashion, lifestyle or retail brands preferred
    • HTML/CSS understanding to a level — comfortable collaborating directly with developers
    • A good understanding of customer journeys and UX best practice
    • Mobile-first mindset with sharp attention to detail and a strong eye for layout and typography
    • Able to work across multiple brands simultaneously, self-manage and hit deadlines

    Not suitable for:

    • Print only Designers or art directors with a lack of UI/UX and performance experience
    • Anyone who needs heavy briefing or hand-holding in a fast-paced environment
