About the Client:
An established yet dynamic, international Private Equity firm investing across multiple sectors with additional global offices.
About the Receptionist role:
Working alongside another Receptionist, key duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact: welcoming guests, managing incoming calls, and overseeing the reception desk
- Providing ad hoc diary support to the wider team
- Processing invoices and assisting with light finance administration
- Supporting with a range of office administration tasks as required
- Coordinating meeting rooms and assisting with both internal and client events
- Maintaining an immaculate, professional reception and client space
About You
- Proven experience in a busy, client-facing corporate reception or front-of-house role
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Confident handling basic finance administration, including invoicing
- Reliable, enthusiastic and adaptable – a strong team player with a can-do attitude
- Ideally proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Additional Details:
- Core hours 08:00–16:30 or 09:30–18:00 (rotated)
- Salary up to £45K plus additional excellent benefits
