How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Swift Education is proud to be working with a specialist SEND school in north west London to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Key Stage 2 Teacher for a September 2026 start.


    This is a rewarding opportunity to join a highly supportive setting that specialises in educating pupils with Autism and associated learning needs. The school offers a nurturing, structured environment with small class sizes of up to 6 pupils, allowing for truly personalised teaching and meaningful impact.


    The Role


    • Full-time Key Stage 2 Teacher within a specialist SEND provision
    • Teaching a small class of up to 6 pupils with Autism and additional needs
    • Planning and delivering highly differentiated, engaging lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
    • Supporting pupils’ academic progress as well as social, emotional, and communication development
    • Working closely with a skilled team of Teaching Assistants and therapists
    • Creating a calm, structured, and positive learning environment


    The Ideal Candidate


    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
    • Experience working with pupils with Autism and/or SEND (in mainstream or specialist settings)
    • A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching
    • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
    • A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting diverse learning needs
