Receptionist / Administrator (Long-Term Temp – 3+ Months)
Location: Canary Wharf
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
We are currently seeking a professional and organised Receptionist / Administrator to join a fantastic company based in Canary Wharf on a long-term temporary basis (3 months+).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the first point of contact within a business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the front desk and providing a warm, professional welcome to visitors
- Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently
- Managing shared email inboxes and responding to correspondence
- Organising and maintaining office stationery and supplies
- Creating purchase orders (POs) and supporting basic finance admin
- Diary management and scheduling meetings
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and office systems
- Able to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Professional, proactive, and reliable
