About the Role:
We’re working with a well-established architecture firm who are looking to bring on a highly organised Document Controller. This is a key position within the project team, ensuring all documentation is managed, distributed, and maintained accurately across large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project documentation using Aconex
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents are correctly logged, distributed, and archived
- Maintain document control registers and workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure document accuracy and compliance
- Carry out quality checks on documentation before submission
- Support project teams with document-related queries and system training where required
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller within architecture, construction, or engineering
- Working knowledge of Aconex would be a plus
- Familiarity with document control processes and procedures
- High level of attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Desirable:
- Experience working on large-scale or infrastructure projects
