***Mechanical Supervisor – Major 5-Year Project (Near Bristol)***
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a large-scale, long-term infrastructure project located near Bristol. This is a key leadership role overseeing mechanical works across a complex and high-value site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation activities on-site
- Lead and manage teams of trades and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Monitor progress against schedules and resolve site issues
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Mechanical Supervisor role on large projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and site operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ/HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or similar)
- CSCS card (Supervisor/Manager level)
- SSSTS or SMSTS
