How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    💰 £35,000 to £45,000 base + circa £10,000 commission

📍 Central London. Hybrid with around one day per week in the office

    Company & role

You will be joining a growing, specialist Microsoft Solutions Partner that has built a strong reputation through a very focused go to market approach. Their model is heavily event led, backed by structured outbound campaigns and a tight feedback loop between sales and marketing.

This role sits right at the centre of that engine. It is a disciplined, process driven BDR position where success comes from consistency, attention to detail, and executing well designed campaigns rather than reinventing the wheel.

    Why This Role Stands Out

    • Clear structure and expectations. You will know exactly what good looks like and how you are tracking against it
    • Direct impact on pipeline and event success. What you do matters straight away
    • Strong support. You will work closely with a Head of Marketing, sales leadership, and an external marketing team who build the campaigns
    • Genuine learning environment. No expectation to know everything, but a big expectation to improve quickly
    • Progression potential into a sales role over time if that is your goal

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own outbound campaign execution across email, LinkedIn and phone, following structured sequences with precision
    • Drive attendance and engagement for key company events throughout the year
    • Maintain high quality CRM and data discipline across HubSpot and internal tracking tools
    • Qualify inbound leads and event registrations through calls and follow ups
    • Manage campaign reporting, tracking activity, outcomes and progression
    • Coordinate closely with account directors, marketing, and external partners to refine messaging and targeting
    • Handle inbound enquiries, allocate leads, and ensure smooth handover into the sales team
    • Support event delivery and post event follow up activity

    Ideal Experience

    • Proven experience in a BDR or outbound business development role
    • Highly methodical with strong attention to detail and process discipline
    • Comfortable working to structured sequences without needing to reinvent them
    • Confident communicator across phone, email and LinkedIn, especially with senior stakeholders
    • Coachable, open to feedback, and willing to learn quickly
    • Able to work at pace without sacrificing quality
    • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is helpful but not essential
    • Exposure to technology, SaaS or consultancy environments is useful but not required

If you are someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in doing the basics properly, and wants to learn in a fast moving environment without the ego, this will suit you very well.
