The Role:
- Senior regional sales leadership position reporting into EMEA leadership
- Responsible for leading and developing a team of 5–8 enterprise sales professionals
- Core focus on driving net new ARR and achieving regional growth targets
- Hands-on leadership across complex enterprise deals and strategic opportunities
- Implementing structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger)
- Building pipeline discipline and establishing a strong operating cadence
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, channel, product, and BDR teams
- Ownership of regional planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Hiring and scaling high-performing sales talent
- Acting as a market-facing leader and contributing to regional thought leadership
- Requires cybersecurity experience, enterprise sales background, and startup exposure
- Travel expected (~20–30%)
