The school is looking to take on an experienced HLTA on a temporary basis starting in the Autumn Term 2026. The successful HLTA will be expected to support across the school, deliver pre-planned lessons, cover classes when required, and work closely with teaching staff to support pupils’ learning and development.
The successful HLTA will have:
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Previous experience delivering lessons and covering classes
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to be flexible, adaptable and think on their feet
• A proactive and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
