🔍 The Role:
Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task
Support students with their learning where needed
Work across a variety of subjects (no planning required)
Gain experience in different school environments
✅ What We're Looking For:
Relevant UK classroom experience or experience working with young people
Confident managing groups of students
Strong communication and organisational skills
A flexible, proactive and professional approach

📍 Areas Covered:
Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Northampton, Rushden, Rothwell, Desborough, Daventry, Towcester and surrounding towns and villages.
