This is a pure SDR role focused on building pipeline and booking quality demos, not just hitting activity metrics.

What You’ll Do
- Run outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn
- Build targeted prospect lists within the eCommerce space
- Use AI tools to personalise outreach at scale
- Book high-quality demos for the closing team
- Own and manage HubSpot, keeping pipeline, activities, and data clean and up to date
- Build automated follow-up sequences and ensure no opportunities drop off
- Continuously test messaging, channels, and sequences
- Work closely with founders to refine outbound strategy
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years experience in an SDR role within SaaS
- Proven ability to generate meetings through outbound
- Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Smartlead, HubSpot or similar
- Strong understanding of CRM hygiene and pipeline management
- Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day workflow
- Strong communication skills, clear, concise, commercial
- Self-starter mentality, you take ownership
Nice to Have
- Experience targeting eCommerce brands
- Exposure to AI or automation tools
- Startup or early-stage company experience
