We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Employment Lawyer.
This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start, ideally suited to a qualified professional who can quickly integrate into an existing team and provide expert legal support.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the organisation through a busy period, providing practical and commercially focused employment law advice. Responsibilities will include:
- Advising on a broad range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious
- Managing employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, and dismissals
- Supporting on employment tribunals and pre-litigation matters
- Reviewing and drafting contracts, policies, and procedures
- Providing guidance to HR and senior stakeholders on risk and compliance
About You
- UK-qualified Solicitor or Barrister specialising in Employment Law
- Proven experience handling a varied caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of current UK employment legislation and best practice
- Able to start immediately or at very short notice
