Role: Reward Lead, International
Location: London (Hybrid) 2 days per week in the office
Remit: UK, US & APAC remit
Salary: Guaranteed annual cash comp IRO £120,000 (with some flex) plus excellent benefits including a 10% contributory pension.
We’re supporting a global financial services organisation in the appointment of an International Reward Lead to oversee reward activity across its international offices (London, New York, and China)
This is a high-impact, hands-on role sitting within an established global reward framework, with responsibility for delivering, embedding, and governing reward and performance processes internationally.
The Role
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of performance and reward activity across the international business, partnering closely with HR and senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the lead remuneration contact for international offices
- Leading the annual performance and remuneration review cycle
- Providing expert advice on pay decisions, benchmarking, and market competitiveness
- Embedding and maintaining a global job architecture and grading framework (AON-based)
- Supporting pay equity analysis, including gender pay gap reporting
- Managing regulatory reporting requirements (including UK gender pay reporting and diversity data)
- Ensuring compliance with remuneration-related regulation and governance frameworks
- Overseeing participation in salary surveys and benchmarking exercises
- Advising stakeholders on a wide range of reward and benefits matters
- Managing relationships with benefits providers and brokers (UK & US)
- Maintaining documentation and ensuring strong data governance (including GDPR)

About You
You will be an experienced Reward professional with:
- Deep expertise across remuneration and benefits
- Strong experience in benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay review cycles
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Experience working within a regulated environment (ideally financial services)
- Knowledge of UK and US reward and benefits frameworks
- Strong analytical capability, including working with reward data and models
- Experience with HRIS platforms (ideally Oracle)
- A hands-on, delivery-focused approach with close attention to detail
