We’re hiring a Head of International Distributor Sales to take ownership of a complex, high-potential international business across Europe, MEA, and Latin America.
This is a high-visibility leadership role with full responsibility for driving revenue, improving distributor performance, and building a more disciplined, scalable commercial model within the Women’s Health space.

✔️ Improve forecasting, pipeline visibility & execution discipline
✔️ Develop distributor capability and market penetration
What we’re looking for
✔️ 8+ years in international commercial leadership
✔️ Proven success managing large distributor networks
✔️ Experience in medical devices / healthcare markets
✔️ Strong exposure to European tenders & pricing strategy
✔️ Commercially sharp, structured, and results-driven
