We are currently working with an established consultancy to support their search for a New Business Producer to join their employee benefits division.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Actively seek new business opportunities with new clients and identify areas to grow across the business
- Lead on prospect client meetings
- Support more junior team members in the business development team
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in winning new business in the employee benefits sector
- A natural relationship-builder, skilled at developing and sustaining strong, trusted partnerships with clients, insurers, and key stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills
