Electrical Design Engineer - The Role:

Designing electrical schematics and control panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical
Translating customer requirements into innovative design solutions
Collaborating with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Supporting customers and suppliers with technical expertise
Specifying materials/components and generating bills of materials
Engaging in R&D and occasional on-site support

Electrical Design Engineer - The Person:

HNC qualified (Electrical/Electronic discipline) or equivalent
Experience in process automation or electrical design is a plus
Familiarity with BS 7671 (wiring regs) and BS EN 60204 (machine safety) helpful
Detail-oriented, practical, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
