Role Overview
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join our client based in Eastleigh.
You will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse processes, managing performance and motivating the team.
Our client offers either a Permanent or a temporary to permanent contract, based upon experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the warehouse team
Set and communicate daily objectives and drive performance
Holding 1-1s and managing performance
Ensuring team are compliant with H&S regulations
Candidate Requirements
Previous warehouse management experience is a must
Good communication skills
Experience in supporting the delivery of business improvement
