💷 £14.50 per hour (Days) | £15.25 per hour (Nights)

We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join a supported living service in Wellingborough, supporting adults with mental health needs and behaviours that may challenge.
This is a supported living service with a lighter level of support compared to complex or high-acuity settings, with a strong focus on promoting independence, stability, and positive outcomes.
🕒 Shifts Available
Monday to Sunday
- Days: 08:00 – 20:00
- Nights: 20:00 – 08:00
- Minimum commitment: 2 shifts per week
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
- Medication prompting and administration (where trained)
- Assisting with personal care, showers, and meal preparation
- Completing household tasks such as cleaning and tidying
- Encouraging independence and maintaining a safe, positive environment
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting adults with mental health needs and/or challenging behaviours
- A calm, empathetic, and reliable approach
- Ability to work days, nights, or a combination
- Right to work in the UK
