Product Designer
- Hybrid( 3x per week in the central London office)
Our client is a fast-growing, business services are looking for a Product Designer to join the team.
They're hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) to own the design experience end-to-end from user research and concept through to production QA.
You'll contribute to their design system, partner closely with product, engineering, marketing and compliance, and use data and user insights to continuously iterate and improve.
What you'll be doing
- Designing and maintaining a product design system across web, mobile and platform
- Creating high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and producing developer-ready files
- Running user research and usability testing, translating insights into design improvements
- Independently QA-ing production builds and tracking UX metrics (conversion, drop-off, satisfaction)
- Partnering cross-functionally to ensure designs are feasible, accessible and aligned with business goals
- What we're looking for
- Strong portfolio spanning web, mobile and SaaS / enterprise products
- Confident Figma user with experience building or maintaining design systems
- Background in a startup or scale-up — comfortable with pace and evolving requirements
- Experience with MCP servers
- Analytical mindset: comfortable with A/B testing, funnel analysis and data-driven iteration
Your experience
- Extensive UX & UI experience
- Competent user of Figma, able to demonstrate developer-ready files in a portfolio view
- Strong portfolio across web, mobile, SaaS / enterprise, and platform-level design.
- Experience building or maintaining design systems.
- Must have worked within a startup or scaleup environment and be comfortable with changing requirements and a fast pace
