Working for an established Tier 1 contractor, you will take responsibility for managing key phases of the build, ensuring programme, quality, and safety targets are met throughout the project lifecycle.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day site operations
Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
Driving build programme and short-term planning
Ensuring health & safety compliance across site
Managing quality control and inspections
Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Reporting progress to senior management
Supporting project delivery through to completion
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
Experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale projects
Tier 1 contractor background or relevant major project exposure
Experience on projects valued at £50m+
Education sector experience advantageous
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site logistics
Excellent leadership and communication skills
