What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support Steward, you’ll be at the heart of our matchday operation, helping to create a safe, welcoming environment for every supporter. You’ll:

* Work closely with supervisors and the safety team

* Support crowd safety, movement, and flow

* Assist with security, incident response, and emergency procedures

* Monitor spectator areas to prevent overcrowding

* Use radios, tablets, and other matchday technology

* Respond professionally to issues, conflict, or concerns

* Deliver excellent customer service to all visitors

* Uphold ground regulations and safety standards

* Attend pre‑match briefings and follow matchday communication lines

No previous experience? No problem — full training and qualifications are provided.
