Title: Agentic AI CoE Lead

Role Summary / Job Purpose
Establish and lead the Agentic AI Centre of Excellence for a strategic telecom client, driving enterprise‑scale Agentic AI solutions using Google Gemini Enterprise as the core GenAI platform. The role focuses on defining strategy, architecture and delivery of Gemini‑driven agentic AI use cases across business and operations domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Agentic AI Centre of excellence using Google Gemini Enterprise
- Promote Gemini Enterprise AI capabilities via briefings, demos and campaigns
- Define end‑to‑end Agentic AI frameworks, standards and delivery approach
- Liaise between Customer leadership, Tech Mahindra and Google Cloud
- Define governance, security and responsible AI guardrails for agent‑based systems
- Report progress, identify and carry out risk mitigation
- Lead technical discussions, solution reviews and design workshops
- Oversee CoE and pilot projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality within scope
Key Deliverables / Outcomes
- CoE strategy and plan aligned with customer vision
- Internal communications and training for Gemini tools and AI Champions
- Gemini‑first Agentic AI reference architecture & design standards
- Consistent and secure adoption of Agentic AI across enterprise function – provide regular cadence reports and recommendations
- Drive governance and risk management
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of enterprise AI governance, security, compliance and Google security features.
- Strong hands‑on and architectural exposure to Google Gemini Enterprise – Google Cloud, Vertex AI and agentic AI solutions
- GenAI solution design using Gemini APIs and enterprise capabilities
- Agentic AI concepts including orchestration, planning and tool‑driven agents
- AI solution integration using APIs and cloud‑native patterns
Domain Skills
- Enterprise‑scale AI programme delivery
- Exposure to telecom or large enterprise environments
- Understanding of operational and business AI use cases
- Prior exposure to BT environments – good to have, not mandatory
Behavioural / Soft Skills
- Able to present complex AI concepts, evangelise Gemini Enterprise benefits
- Manage multiple workstreams, milestones, risks and deliverables
- Coach CoE team and AI Champions, foster collaboration between teams
- Strategic problem solving and decision making
Experience
- 12+ years of overall experience in AI, digital, or platform roles
- Proven experience leading enterprise AI or GenAI initiatives
- Prior experience setting up or running AI / GenAI Centres of Excellence
- GCP certifications (preferred)
Tools & Technologies
- Google Gemini Enterprise
- GCP ecosystem (Vertex AI, APIs – preferred)
- Python and AI orchestration frameworks
- Enterprise integration platforms
