How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job Description

    Our client is seeking an Engineering Manager with strong leadership and technical expertise to drive the development of electrical metrology and RF calibration products.

    The role requires leading and developing a multidisciplinary team, setting clear direction, and ensuring best practices in engineering are applied across hardware, firmware, and software disciplines.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in solving complex technical challenges, improving processes, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that meet both customer and business needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead the end-to-end development of electrical and RF calibration products, from concept to delivery and ongoing support

    * Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team across hardware, software, and firmware

    * Set technical direction, including system architecture, RF design, signal integrity, and system integration

    * Work closely with product teams and customers to translate requirements into clear technical solutions

    * Lead design reviews and solve complex technical challenges

    * Drive strong systems engineering practices and continuous improvement

    Key Qualifications

    * Strong systems engineering experience across the full product lifecycle

    * Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a global environment

    * Strong technical background in RF measurement systems (e.g., signal generators, spectrum analysers, power meters)

    * Solid understanding of the Test & Measurement industry and electrical metrology

    * Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or similar)
