How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST – WEALTH MANAGEMENT

LONDON | HYBRID WORKING | COMPETITIVE SALARY + DISCRETIONARY BONUS + EXCELLENT BENEFITS

An established and highly regarded wealth management firm is looking for an experienced Advice Quality Reviewer to join its team in London. This is a key role sitting at the heart of the firm's Training & Competence function and an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a genuine impact on advice standards across a multi-disciplinary financial services business.

You will be responsible for assessing the quality and suitability of advice across multiple business lines working closely with T&C Supervisors to deliver constructive feedback to advisers, identify trends, and contribute to targeted training and development initiatives. This is a role for someone who is technically strong, takes real pride in standards, and has the communication skills to deliver feedback in a way that genuinely helps advisers improve.

    The role:

    • Carry out file quality and advice suitability assessments across multiple business lines
    • Work closely with T&C Supervisors to deliver clear, constructive feedback to advisers under supervision
    • Identify trends in advice quality and contribute to targeted training and coaching initiatives
    • Maintain and update T&C processes, supervisory documents, and advice standards
    • Support the Technical Director with administrative support and project work
    • Maintain up-to-date technical and regulatory knowledge across all relevant areas of the business
    • Uphold all regulatory and compliance policies and procedures

    What we're looking for:

    • Significant experience within financial services, ideally with exposure to advice review or suitability assessment, though this is not essential
    • Awareness of relevant FCA regulatory frameworks
    • RDR Level 4 qualification in Financial Planning or Investment Management
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills - you will be delivering feedback and presenting findings to advisers and stakeholders
    • Highly organised, self-directed, and able to manage your own workload effectively
    • Collaborative by nature with a positive, proactive approach to continuous improvement

    What's on offer:

    • Competitive salary and discretionary bonus
    • Private healthcare and life assurance
    • Competitive holiday allowance with the option to buy, sell, or roll over days
    • Pension
    • A suite of flexible benefits
    • A genuinely people-focused culture within a well-respected, relationship-driven business

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about advice quality and wants to work in an environment that genuinely values high standards, individual contribution, and professional development.

If this sounds like the right move for you, please get in touch or apply.
