The Role
- Win and deliver interim search mandates within your market
- Build and own senior client relationships
- Operate with pace across time-critical, high-impact hires
- Develop your own vertical within our core specialisms
You’ll have immediate access to active mandates and engaged clients—but success here comes from what you build, not what you inherit.
Who You Are
- A consistent top biller in a search or specialist recruitment environment
- Strong, proven business development capability
- Experience across M&A, Corporate Development, Strategy, Transformation, Technology, or Financial Services
- Commercially sharp, credible, and confident with senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you want ownership, accountability, and upside
Private Equity exposure is beneficial, but not essential. We’re open to high-performing recruiters ready to step into this space.
