We’re looking for a Content Strategist, Information Architect with strong taxonomy expertise to lead a high-impact project focused on unifying taxonomies across multiple websites.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape how content is structured, organised, and discovered, driving consistency and significantly improving the user experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the design and implementation of a unified taxonomy across multiple digital platforms
- Audit and rationalise existing content structures and classification systems
- Define metadata models, tagging frameworks, and governance standards
- Collaborate with UX, product, and engineering teams to embed taxonomy into digital journeys
- Improve content findability, navigation, and search performance
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in taxonomy design, development, and governance (essential)
- Background as a Content Strategist, Taxonomist, Information Architect, Content Designer, or Content Engineer
- Strong understanding of information architecture, metadata, and content modelling
- Experience working across multiple websites or complex digital ecosystems
- Ability to translate business and user needs into structured content systems
