We are working with an exciting high growth start-up within the entertainment and games space that are looking for a PPC & Trade Specialist to optimise the business' marketplace presence across Amazon and TikTok shop. Your Responsibilities:
- Full-Funnel Ad Management: Take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across major e-commerce platforms, including exploring and testing emerging advertising tools.
- Trade Experimentation: Develop and manage a structured experimentation process across marketplaces, covering areas such as search optimisation, pricing strategies, promotions, and more.
- End-to-End Execution: Oversee the creation of sponsored content (including video), and lead the execution of key promotional events and product launches.
- Performance Optimisation: Regularly analyse keyword performance, product-level data, and overall account metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Research & Testing: Conduct competitor analysis and draw inspiration from broader industry best practices to enhance on-platform performance.
About You:
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical mindset with experience using various paid media tools; comfortable working with advanced platform data and insights.
- Technical PPC Expertise: Proven experience managing paid campaigns across e-commerce platforms, including multiple regions, with a strong performance track record.
- Seasonal Brand Experience: Experience managing brands with significant seasonal demand fluctuations.
- Experimental Mindset: Proactive in testing hypotheses and iterating quickly based on results rather than overanalysing.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain strategy, rationale, and performance insights to stakeholders.
- AI Experience: Demonstrated use of AI tools or systems to improve processes, performance, or efficiency.
Desirable:
- Experience managing brands with high volumes of branded search traffic.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising or social commerce platforms.
